By accessing, registering on, or using the eg99 platform available at eg99.io (hereinafter "eg99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter "the User", "Player", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through eg99, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering activity available on the Platform. They apply equally to use via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any other access method.

• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by eg99 or any other gaming platform.
• Sound judgment: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to make rational financial decisions at the time of placing bets or participating in casino games.

eg99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any winnings generated will be voided. Deposited funds may be returned at eg99's discretion following verification of identity.

By registering an account on eg99, you explicitly confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on eg99. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. eg99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

eg99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Accounts registered using false, inaccurate, or misleading information will be terminated without notice, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on eg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eg99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your eg99 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Bonus-related restrictions: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Suspicious transactions: eg99 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our AML monitoring systems may be held pending further investigation. eg99 reserves the right to refuse or delay any transaction that it suspects to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

eg99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.

eg99 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Bets are accepted and settled in BDT. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed prior to bet confirmation. eg99 reserves the right to restrict the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion.

eg99 operates pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets. In-play odds are updated in real time, and bets are accepted subject to availability. eg99 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time, including during live events, for reasons including but not limited to: suspicion of event irregularity, technical error, or data feed interruption.

In the event that a bet is accepted in error — including where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault, human error, or data provider error — eg99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's eg99 wallet. eg99 will not honour winnings arising from obvious errors in published odds.

Bets placed after the official start time of an event — whether due to in-play market availability or otherwise — will be settled solely on the basis of events occurring after the bet was confirmed. Any information that was publicly known prior to bet placement may be taken into account if eg99 has reason to suspect that a bet was placed with prior knowledge of the outcome.

eg99's casino and gaming products — including slots, live casino tables, poker, crash games, and all other gaming titles — are supplied by independent third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Play'n GO, Ezugi, and Spribe (among others). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eg99 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on eg99 under any name, email address, mobile number, or combination of personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with eg99.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Using software, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, bonus abuse, or any coordinated betting strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms at eg99's expense.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker games or other competitive gaming formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of eg99.
• Using the eg99 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, where eg99 does not operate, or from behind a VPN or proxy specifically to circumvent geographic restrictions.

eg99 employs technical monitoring, fraud detection systems, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts frozen pending investigation, during which time all deposits, withdrawals, and game activity will be suspended.

eg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (which are non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 9.
• Identification of the account holder as being under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation to restrict or terminate access.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, eg99 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including both real-money and bonus balances, without further notice or liability.

Where an account is closed at the player's own voluntary request (without any breach), any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the eg99 Platform — including but not limited to the eg99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game assets (where supplied by eg99 directly), and any other material — is the intellectual property of eg99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform; or use any eg99 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eg99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond eg99's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

eg99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude eg99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

eg99 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering and using eg99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eg99 uses your personal data for purposes including: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
